Modeled after a friend’s family home where many summers were spent, Birchwood Manor carries more than just a large-house silhouette. The wide blue exterior, dark layered roof, brick driveway, and long front walk give it a stately first impression, while the open lawn, trees, and pond soften the scale with the feeling of a place meant for family visits, long days, and familiar doors.

From the pond side, the house shows off its sprawling shape and layered rooflines, with the brick path and driveway helping organize the large open lot. The water feature gives the yard a calmer, more estate-like feel, adding a scenic focal point beside all that lawn and making the house feel settled into its surroundings rather than simply placed there.

Around back, the manor continues with multiple wings, tall roof sections, trees, and a raised deck tucked along the rear side of the house. The exterior feels large without turning plain, and the back deck gives the household an outdoor spot that connects naturally to the main living spaces.

Inside, the first floor centers around a dramatic open hall with a double staircase and large patterned floor, giving the home a strong formal heart.
