Clean brickwork, clipped hedges, and a steeply pitched roofline give this home a tidy modern-suburban look with a little extra architectural presence. The white dormer section adds visual lift to the exterior, making the house feel more distinctive without overwhelming its compact footprint.

Inside, the first floor keeps the layout simple. A tiled kitchen area and a staircase are tucked neatly into the center of the plan. The unfurnished rooms leave plenty of flexibility for players to decide whether this becomes a practical starter home, a tidy small household retreat, or another decorating experiment that spirals wildly out of budget.

The donut hallway upstairs is an open loft with a tiny space for a bed or an easel. Not sure if it qualifies as a bedroom, but desperation may cause need for use. Opposite the bedroom is a small bathroom of the exact same size. A creative sleeping arrangement that doesn’t qualify as a traditional room. Better use of the space may be as as a tiny office, hobby corner, or the place Cousin Oliver gets sent when the household’s popularity starts to wane and a new sims is needed to spark more interest, even if everyone finds him annoying.

A modest home with clean bones, useful rooms, and a roofline that showed up wearing formal wear to a casual neighborhood.
