Inspired by the monumental forms of ancient Egyptian architecture, this towering modern estate uses layered terraces, warm sandstone tones, and massive geometric shapes to create a home that feels both luxurious and imposing. The stepped exterior immediately recalls pyramid-like structures while still blending contemporary windows, balconies, and open-air living spaces into the design.

From the forward-facing exterior view, the stacked levels and broad terraces create a dramatic sense of scale as the structure rises upward in carefully layered sections. Large windows and open balcony spaces help soften the heavier architectural forms while keeping the house connected to light and outdoor living.

Inside, the first floor opens into a massive central living area anchored by broad staircases, expansive windows, and connected entertaining spaces. The kitchen, dining, and lounge areas remain visually open to one another while still feeling organized enough for practical everyday living.

The overhead floorplan reveals the home’s unusual footprint more clearly, showing how the structure balances open gathering areas with more private side rooms, outdoor access points, and strong visual flow through the center of the house.

The second floor shifts toward more personal living areas, with additional bedrooms, baths, and lounge space arranged around the home’s vertical core. The layered upper layout helps the house feel expansive without becoming frustrating to navigate.

At the highest level, the home culminates in a dramatic master suite complete with expansive bedroom space, private bath access, and elevated terrace views overlooking the property below. The upper retreat gives the home a quieter, more luxurious atmosphere while still maintaining the bold architectural style established throughout the rest of the structure.
Side effects may include speaking exclusively from balconies and demanding grapes from nearby servants.
