Grey siding, dark layered rooflines, a red front door, and a simple path from the sidewalk give the exterior a modest, practical look. Small shrubs and a neat flower bed add a little polish to the front yard without making the house look like it spent the grocery money on landscaping.

From the angled view, the broad one-story shape and layered roof sections give the home more presence than a bare starter box. The lot also leaves plenty of room for players who want to add parking later, with space for driveways, extensions, or even a garage extension if the household eventually moves beyond “we can afford walls” living.
Inside, the layout focuses on function, with four bedrooms arranged around shared living space, a kitchen, dining area, sofa, and enough essential furnishings to get a household started. The activity space gives Sims something to do besides stand around contemplating poverty, which already feels like progress.

The floor plan keeps everything easy to read, with the bedrooms separated from the main living area and the kitchen tucked along one side. With only one bathroom, larger households may need a little patience, scheduling, or bladder strategy, but the overall layout gives them a solid start with room to improve.
Affordable, roomy, and doing its best, this house is halfway there, one paycheck at a time.
