Tall red walls, large windows, arched upper details, palm trees and water along the sides give this home a bold storybook-modern look from the street. Connected sections rise around terraces and outdoor stairs, making the exterior feel like a built-up retreat shaped by movement, height and water rather than a standard tall house.

The unusual two-level staircase is the main architectural idea. It stays outside so the split stair effect works without cheats, turning the route between floors into part of the design. Terraces, black railings, wraparound water and palm trees create a layered outdoor setting, while the raised stairs carry Sims across open spaces instead of hiding every transition inside the walls.

The ground floor keeps the main living areas practical with a kitchen, dining area, living space, bathroom and terrace access arranged around the outdoor stair structure. The furnished layout gives the household plenty to use right away, and the water, palms and terrace doors keep the main level closely tied to the outside.

Bedrooms, activity areas, bathrooms, railings and walkways continue upward through the upper floors. The third-floor master bath feels like a private reward at the top of the climb. Patterned flooring, arched windows, sitting areas and bath fixtures give the level a retreat-like finish.

Fantasy is all about the stairs, terraces and water working together. The result gives Sims a furnished place to live, a lot of outdoor movement and a view worth climbing for.
