School Lectern Podium now has two (2) new NPCs.

• home schooling
• teach or hire teacher
• teacher earns money
• routes all neighbor children to school room
• no more school bus (while placed)
• no more military academy (while placed)
• +/- motives
• Miss Shirley is a teacher for hire. Homeschool children as needed or to enjoy an instructive visit.
• Chuckee is an evil unruly, sometimes dangerous, child NPC who is in bad need of some good learnin’.

Guests can now pay a stipend after class allowing Sims to earn income homeschooling neighboring students.

The Pulpit Podium now has a spiritual leader NPC who can be hired to deliver a sermon (and hang around a bit afterwards). All denominations possible, from spiritual to cultist. Fulfilled visitors can now pay tithes thus allowing Sims to earn income preaching at home.
