Comes with a bunk house with a community shower room & makeshift toilets dug into an old sewer system. The church is equipped an ready for a sermon. An old Oil Change shop has been converted into a kitchen that runs on lemons, potatoes, and propane. Two small cabins for lodging, though one has been converted into a communications station. A shed has a couple of workstations.

Commander Laquisha: A strong, intelligent leader of this band of misfits. Will she be able to keep this band of misfits alive long enough for them to acquire some skills, or are they already doomed?
Farmer Ted: Loves to work in the garden preparing food for the community.
Mildred: An able cook who now has time to work on her skills as she attempts to feed this little troop of misfits.
Brody: A jack of all trades and a master of none. He’d rather be surfing at a beach somewhere.
Poppy: Smart enough to get around some dangerous situations, but lacks body skill to keep her safe. She’ll need to workout.
Kenny: If you need something fixed, he’s your man. somewhat intelligent but always ready to learn more, skilled in mechanics.
Lilani: Her mechanical aptitude and logical skills make her a great choice for alien communications.
Beans: A pretty useless guy. Can you keep him alive?
