The rear view shows the chateau’s long footprint more clearly with the fenced yard, clipped hedges, driveway, and separate garage arranged neatly around the back of the house. Compared to the more formal front, this side feels quieter and more practical, with planted borders and open lawn softening the size of the home without making the grounds feel overly staged.

The entry opens into a central stair area that controls the flow of the first floor without making the layout feel cramped. Sims can continue forward toward the bathroom, turn toward the kitchen, or head upstairs from the same central point. Four large corner rooms branch around that hub, each roughly equal in size and marked by its own fireplace, while the furnished kitchen gives one corner a clear purpose right away.

The spacious arrangement upstairs with a widened hallway that leads to several large bedrooms. The master bedroom features a fireplace to keep parents warm at night, while the little ones may require extra blankets on a cold night. The master bath and the hall bath are both equally small, but a good architect could make use of empty hallway space grow those rooms.

From the narrow entry, a small hallway leads to a wider one with natural light pouring in from dormers through narrow spaces perfect for plants. The old hardwood may need restoration as it flows directly to the master bedroom at the opposite end. A small bathroom with all the upscale necessities but no frills sits next to an elongated, naturally lit bedroom or office. Outside the master bath are two sinks, so Sims can wash their hands without being shooed away.
