A formal front view gives Chateau Magnifique the kind of stately curb appeal that makes the neighbors wonder whether they should have dressed better before walking past. Tall windows, pale walls, dark roofing, blue shutters, and matching dormers create a balanced, old-world look, while the wrought-iron fence and gated entry add just enough grandeur to make the house feel properly established. The detached garage sits neatly to the side, leaving the main façade to do what it does best: stand there looking expensive.
A gravel pathway winds through the yard from every entry point while allowing the ground to breathe. A large deck off the rear entry of the house is the perfect place for a few deck chairs and plants, while the more formal patio is perfect for barbeques, buffets, or swanky parties for elite sims.
