- For the Complete Collection version of The Sims 1, the first .EXE file will install everything to the standard game directory locations, and then you will be ready to play.
- For the Legacy version from the EA platform, the second .EXE file will install everything to it’s proper locations.
- For other platforms like Steam or Epic Games, or if you just prefer to install the files yourself manually and drag/drop them in the usual folders, select the .ZIP option and extract the files to their proper locations. Game Introduction:
The Ham Radio is the controller for the entire apocalypse. To begin, simply get the Ham Radio from Buy Mode > Electronics > Other > §158. From Buy-Mode, the radio starts in the ON position and it alerts you to that effect. To take a respite from the apocalypse at any time, simply turn the radio OFF.
How did this happen? What exactly IS happening? Is it radiation? A virus? Aliens? The Rapture? Reports are sporadic, so keep your ham radio on at all times for alerts, communications, and a variety of other events and tips. Theories and eye-witness claims abound, and along the way you’ll find clues, evidence, stories, and other Sims to support or dismiss them. Building relevant Interests and Skills can aid you throughout the apocalypse. A variety of impromptu weaponry is available, depending on your skill levels. The NPCs (Non-Player Characters), Objects and Events have a mutualistic relation, so that activity, or inactivity, in one area may lead to different outcomes in another area. Most of this content also functions as “stand-alone”, so you can use them in normal gameplay on other lots as well. We don’t use file patches or over-write existing game code. This is all done with a complex series of inter-related add-ons and a lot of laughter. Enjoy!

Run challenging quests during the Zombie Apocalypse. Contact QuestMaster Jenar via your ham radio to receive a quest token and instructions. Perform a variety of tasks to earn the Grand Immunity Award. Is it for real, or just guff from a crazy person?

Heroes can arise in the most unlikely of people during an apocalypse. Call this useful new local hero to quickly help you clean up the aftermath of your combat zone. Maybe take a closer look at those mutated flowers first? Warning, he may not be very trustworthy.
Paint it, Hang it. Four (4) custom paintings included. Build your child’s creativity skill too! Children can also build skills in many ways during the apocalypse to aid in their family’s survival. This easel includes a built-in Stats Checker for talent rankings amongst those present on the lot. Similarly, the ham radio shows all relevant child traits and stats that don’t show in the game’s UI.
These sporadic survivors of the zombie apocalypse have met, joined together, and formed a new family of their own. Blake alone survived the reality show massacre in Studio Town. Sage is a mystery, but rumors follow her everywhere. Annie tragically lost all of her family and friends in the Studio Town massacre.
Live off the grid in this make-shift shelter with your new family of lone survivors. House is expandable as your compound grows. Zombie-proof doors shield bedroom and Safe Room, plus an escape route for added security. SimSlice’s favorite survival basics are included.
“Take a little, leave a little.” Help your community and your family survive! You pack the box with supplies, and someone comes by later to pick it up, and leaves you with a different box packed by someone else. Stronger Sims pack better weaponry. Nicer Sims add extra supplies. Other Sim traits increase aid value. Using a better packer means higher value of goods sent, and the courtesy is usually returned two-fold. But times are uncertain. Watch out for looters!
Grilling is now a Fun, Social event as it should be. Made from objects around the yard, this makeshift grill is a prepper’s dream. Serve 5 different kinds of the most filling, long-lasting group meals in the game: Filet Mignon, Burger & Fries, Grilled Cheese, Grilled Veggies, and “Mystery Meat”. Gain Cooking and Fun Skills while you grill. This grill can replace any stove, as it works with fridges too.
