Finally, a home designed for Sims who spend more time upgrading hardware than improving social skills. Gigachip is a sprawling silicon-inspired suburban masterpiece shaped like an oversized computer processor, because apparently somebody looked at a motherboard and said, “Yes. I could live in that.”

Large front windows flood the home with natural light, which may come as an unpleasant surprise to nocturnal gamers everywhere. Minimal landscaping keeps maintenance low, leaving more time for important activities like pizza consumption, online arguments, and pretending to fix the family computer by unplugging it for ten seconds.

Each of the raised “chip sectors” serves a dedicated purpose, including private bedroom wings and a formal dining sector for family meals, birthday cakes, and passive-aggressive silence. The central core contains a spacious living area, an efficient kitchen with room for expansion, and plenty of open floor space for pacing dramatically during loading screens.
Computer not included. Neither is technical support for Sims who somehow installed twelve viruses while checking email.
