Modena has a bright, warm exterior with cream walls, a flat roofline, red-trimmed windows, and palm trees giving the lot a sunny, relaxed feel. The front entry stays simple, with a small raised porch, steps, and low landscaping that add shape without crowding the view.

Inside, the floor plan opens into a fully furnished layout with bedrooms and baths placed around the main living areas. The kitchen, dining space, living room, hot tub, outdoor grill, and buffet setup give the home more than the usual starter comforts, while the bold room colors help each area feel distinct instead of blending into one long neutral hallway.

The living room leans into playful modern style with purple walls, large red-trimmed windows, blue chairs, and a patterned sofa that makes the room feel lively without needing much clutter. The space offers enough seating for company, conversation, or Sims politely ignoring the perfectly good chair you wanted them to use.
