Grey walls, flat rooflines, large windows, palm trees, a garage, and a patterned front path give Modern Retreat a clean, controlled look from the street. The small front pond and landscaped courtyard soften the modern lines, while the driveway and attached garage keep the house practical from the start.

Around back, the house opens toward a fenced pool patio with tiled paving, palm trees, and direct access from the main rooms. The pool gives the lot a private retreat feeling, making the outdoor space feel like part of the home rather than a separate feature tucked behind it.

Inside, the first floor keeps the layout open and functional, with the garage, kitchen area, bathroom, stairs, living space, and pool access arranged across a compact footprint. The basic furnishings provide the starting pieces without filling the rooms, leaving space for players to shape the interior around the Sim who moves in.

Upstairs, the bedroom and second bathroom sit above the main living area, with large windows and a landing that keeps the upper floor connected to the rest of the house. The layout works well for a single Sim or couple who want a modern home that feels polished without becoming oversized.

Modern Retreat gives your Sims the essentials, the garage, and the poolside payoff. It is the sort of place where one Sim can live neatly, swim often, and still have enough empty room to claim minimalism was the plan.
