A front view of Moonlit Bay shows a tall pale green seaside home with steep rooflines, arched windows, stacked balconies, a covered entry, trees, flower beds, and a small pond.

Moonlit Bay rises upward instead of spreading out, giving a large household four floors of furnished living space with balconies, water views and enough bedrooms to keep everyone from fighting over the same corner of the house. The pale green exterior, steep rooflines, arched windows and layered porches give the home a tall seaside presence while the trees, pond and bay beyond the lot soften the height.

The main level now feels calmer than the original 2000s color explosion, with lighter common areas, natural greens and enough color left behind to keep the house from losing its personality. The kitchen, dining space, sitting area, bedroom, bathroom and central stairs all share a busy but practical layout that lets the household start living right away.

Upper floors give the home more breathing room with additional bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony access and activity space spread across the tall structure. The furnishings keep the house from feeling like an empty shell, while the varied rooms give players plenty of places to revise, recolor, rearrange or simply let a large family settle in before someone claims the best bed.

Near the top, the bonus spaces lean into the house’s slightly odd charm. A bar, dining area, tiny grill balcony, toys, exercise gear and game table turn the upper levels into places for hobbies, parties, late-night escapes and questionable decisions about climbing several flights of stairs before using the treadmill.

Moonlit Bay may have grown out of a louder design era, but the update gives it a softer palette, a cleaner file size and a better chance at aging gracefully. It still has plenty of color, plenty of rooms and plenty of height, because a house called Moonlit Bay should offer more than one good place to look out at the view.

Moonlit Bay offers seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, balconies, and a bar near the world’s smallest grill patio, clearly built for a household with very specific party priorities.
