Brick walls, tall windows, turret-like front sections, and a red awning give this three-story building a more old-world storefront look than the plainer Old Main. The front steps and small raised entry make it feel ready for business, while the driveway and garage give the lot a practical advantage most compact commercial-style builds do not get.
The first floor is arranged as an open business space with tiled flooring, counters, dressing rooms, a bathroom area, and large front windows. The furnishings stay basic, leaving the type of shop or service mostly up to the player, but the bones are already there for an Open for Business lot.
A second level adds more open tiled space, bathroom fixtures, stairs, and access toward the back of the building. The layout gives the owner room to expand the business, add private living space, or create the sort of upstairs area where customers are absolutely not supposed to wander.
The third floor continues the tall, narrow city-building feel with a long open room, brick walls, tiled flooring, windows, and a stair railing near the center. It is sparse, but useful, especially for players who like live-work lots with room to grow upward instead of outward.
Old Main Europe feels like the business owner moved in, opened shop, found two more floors, and immediately decided that was a future problem with excellent square footage.
Ruddy Residences Collection
Brick, red siding, rosy rooflines, and warm painted details give this collection a ruddy glow without making every house follow the same plan. The homes range from practical family layouts to taller statement builds, a schoolhouse-style residence, a compact brick home, and a butterfly-shaped bungalow with enough color to earn its place at the front of the parade. Together, they suit Sims who like their neighborhoods with a little warmth, a little history, and houses that look far more memorable than another beige box on the corner.
