Tall red walls, rows of windows, and a steep dark roof give this four-story home its unmistakable schoolhouse look. The playground and fenced outdoor area strengthen the theme, but this is set up as a residence, with the porch, side yard, and corner placement giving the lot enough home-lot logic to keep it from feeling purely community-built.

The first floor leans into the school theme with a cafeteria-style setup, including tables, benches, buffet space, sinks, bathrooms, and stairs leading upward. It works as a shared dining and gathering area, especially for a household that likes plenty of room for meals, visitors, or Sims who believe sitting at separate tables is a personality trait.

Activity space takes over the second floor, with room for music, art, exercise, games, and general skill-building. The open layout keeps the floor flexible, so it can read as a classroom, hobby room, recreation level, or the place where everyone goes after realizing the cafeteria downstairs is not the whole story.

The third floor is arranged more like a dormitory, with multiple beds, bathroom facilities, changing stalls, stairs, and storage. Even though the lot is listed as two bedrooms, this level clearly has a group-sleeping setup, which suits the schoolhouse concept and gives the home a playful boarding-school flavor.

The fourth floor feels more private, with a bed, dresser, mirror, exercise equipment, and stair access tucked under the roofline. It gives the house a quieter top-level retreat above all the shared spaces, useful for the Sim who technically owns the place and would like five minutes away from the buffet crowd.

School House is absolutely a house, but it is also the kind of house that keeps a playground out front and a cafeteria downstairs, just in case anyone forgets education can follow you home.
