The original previews showed only two terrain types, as the others weren’t available options at the time. I’ve now reshot the screenshots so you can preview all four: lush, concrete, desert and dirt. Same nearly flat terrain, four different looks.

Terra Flatview began with a simple idea: create a completely flat neighborhood terrain. My idea failed! But it’s nearly flat, though a few areas may not cooperate, just like any terrain.

The road layout mixes larger spaces for bigger lots with smaller spaces for smaller lots, allowing for a more compact town or city. I also tried to make it easier to place buildings back to back, which works to some degree.

No neighborhood decorations have been placed. Put your houses down first, then decorate around them with trees, scenery and whatever else your town needs.
