A three-story converted factory-style house with pale upper siding, a brick lower level, blue shutters, flower boxes, twin brick chimneys, and shrubs along the front path.

Tall walls, twin brick chimneys, blue shutters, and a brick lower level give this converted building the look of an old mill that found a second life as a home. Flower boxes, shrubs, and a simple front path soften the exterior, adding just enough charm to balance the building’s taller, more utilitarian shape.

The first floor keeps the practical, open feeling of an older work building with a large tiled main room, support columns, a fireplace, kitchen area, bathroom space, and staircase. The layout leaves plenty of room for living, dining, hobbies, or whatever plan your Sims have for a building that seems to have retired from making noise.

Wood flooring warms up the second floor, where fireplaces, support posts, stairs, and broad open space keep the converted-building character intact. The level could be divided into bedrooms, lounges, studios, or one very serious reading room for Sims who like their homes with a little sawmill energy.

The third floor continues the open loft feeling beneath the roofline, with windows, wood floors, stair access, and room to shape the space as needed. It is sparse, but useful, especially for players who like turning unusual buildings into homes while keeping a few odd corners.

The Old Factory has the bones of a barn, the name of a factory, and the roomy interior of a building that has changed jobs more than once.
