The attached garage and landscaped front entry keep the lot practical, while the warm exterior details give it plenty of curb appeal.

Out back, the home opens into a fenced yard with a pool, patio seating, and outdoor grill space ready for cookouts, lazy afternoons, and Sims insisting they are “just going outside for a minute” before disappearing until bedtime. The sea may look tempting in the background, but sadly, it is not included with purchase.
