Winter Green Restaurant sits on its own little island and starts the visit with a bridge that makes dinner feel like more than a quick stop for food. The white building, surrounding water, garden borders and outdoor tables give the lot a calm tucked-away setting, while the restaurant setup gives Sims a proper reason to sit down, order a meal and stay awhile.

The main room keeps its relaxed coffeehouse warmth with lounge seating, tall windows and views across the water, but the Tempest Cooktop finally turns the lot into a real restaurant instead of a café with ambition. A smaller lounge area adds space for games, conversation and lingering after dinner, making the building feel useful even before anyone heads outside or upstairs.

Outdoor dining begins at ground level, where tables near the water let Sims enjoy the island setting without climbing to the roof first. The rooftop expands the evening with more tables, a bar, a keg, a bandstand, speakers and terrace views, giving larger groups somewhere to gather after dinner turns into music, drinks and one more reason not to go home yet.

The rooftop stage gives Winter Green Restaurant its livelier side. Sims can eat downstairs, meet friends by the water, climb up for music and discover which student brought an instrument, confidence and absolutely no concern for whether the rest of the band knows the same song.
